Mr. Moses Chan, is the founder of Morton Group. He has over 15 years of experience in audit and finance including financial planning, management, internal control, investor relations and both listed and private company secretarial matters. His clients include a variety of industries, namely manufacturing, constructions and financial services. His years of experience in the profession enables him to extend his expertise in business advisory services. In addition to auditing a wide range of clients, he is also specialized in consultancy service, including IPO assignments of HKEx, business valuation and due diligence projects.

Ms. Ritina Leung, is the director of the company secretarial department.  Ms. Leung is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom and an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries). Ms. Leung has almost 20 years of experience in the company secretarial field. Ms. Leung has extensive experience in company secretarial and corporate governance matters for companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Ms. Leong has over 10 years of experience in the fields of financial reporting, corporate finance, company secretarial and auditing. Ms. Leong is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate member of Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries). Ms. Leong obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2009 and a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2017. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Leong served as financial controller or finance manager of various companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from 2013 to 2020 and worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2009 to 2013.

Mr. Patrick Lau has more than 10 years working experience in the auditing and accounting services in international audit firms. Mr. Lau graduated from University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting and finance and he is a qualified CPA (Australia).

Ms. Winnie Ng has approximately 10 years’ working experience in company secretarial field. Ms. Ng graduated from Hong Kong Metropolitan University (formerly known as The Open University of Hong Kong) with a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance in 2019.
